What do we collect and why do we collect your information?

Others working for and with Neudesic. We use certain trusted third parties (for example, providers of customer support and IT services) to help us provide, improve, protect, and promote our Services. Law & Order and the Public Interest. We may disclose Your Information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or appropriate government request; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Services or our users; (d) protect Neudesic’s rights, property, safety, or interest; or (e) perform a task carried out in the public interest.

We are committed to protecting the security of Your Information entrusted to us and treat Your Information securely in accordance with this Policy. How long do we keep your information?
We will retain Your Information as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We will retain and use Your Information as necessary to comply with our business requirements, deliver your Services, legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, and to enforce compliance with our agreements. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit personal information to the Services. - Request a rectification of Your Information: this right entitles you to have Your Information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Object to the processing of Your Information: this right entitles you to request that we no longer processes Your Information.
- Request the erasure of Your Information: this right entitles you to request the erasure of Your Information, including where such information would no longer be necessary to achieve the purposes.
- Request the restriction of the processing of Your Information: this right entitles you to request that Neudesic only processes Your Information in limited circumstances including with your consent.
- Request portability of Your Information: this right entitles you to receive a copy (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) of Your Information or request Neudesic to transmit Your Information to another data controller.
If, despite our commitment and efforts to protect Your Information, you believe that your data privacy rights have been violated, we encourage and welcome individuals to come to Neudesic first to seek resolution of any complaint. You have the right at all times to register a complaint directly with the relevant supervisory authority or to make a claim against us with a competent court (either in the country you live, the country where you work, or the country you deem that data privacy law has been infringed).

Updates to this Policy
